can feel easy.

AWeekends, public holidays, and the Shichi-Go-San and shrine-visit season can fill quickly. We recommend getting in touch one to two months before your preferred date. Last-minute sessions may also be possible, so please ask.

AWe first check the date and session details with you. Your booking is confirmed only after the details are agreed and the requested advance payment has been completed. We will send payment instructions separately.

ATell us how many people will join, your children’s ages, and the kind of memory you would like to keep. We are happy to help in English, Japanese, or Traditional Chinese before you book.

ATravel is included within Osaka City. Osaka Prefecture outside Osaka City, Kyoto City and southern Kyoto Prefecture, Kobe City, and Nara City have a ¥2,000 tax-included travel fee. Other areas are quoted individually.

AWe follow the forecast before the session and can propose rescheduling or an indoor location. Please read the cancellation and rescheduling policy for the detailed rainy-day terms.

APlease do not push through. Contact us as early as you can. One reschedule is free when you contact us by 18:00 on the day before the session.

AThat is completely okay. We never force children to face the camera. We work with play, hugs, breaks, and each child’s own pace—those in-between moments are often the most precious.

AYou do not need to match exactly. Cream, beige, soft white, and low-saturation colours photograph beautifully together. We can also discuss seasonal outfit ideas by email before the session.

APlease bring drinks, towels, and a familiar toy or small snack for your child. You do not need special props.

AAbsolutely. Families of all generations are welcome. Let us know the number of people and the combinations you hope to photograph, and we will plan relaxed group and interaction shots.

AManaged parks, gardens, botanical gardens, shrines and temples, commercial facilities, stations and their surroundings, museums, cultural venues, event sites, and private property are more likely to require permission. Even public spaces may have rules requiring advance permission for commercial shoots, larger equipment, or certain group sizes.

ATell us your preferred place and date. We check the venue or manager’s published guidance and, when needed, explain the permission process, lead time, venue-use fee, admission, and parking before your booking is finalized. If permission is not available, we can suggest suitable nearby alternatives.

AEach venue sets its own deadline, so earlier is always safer. Osaka City asks applicants for many park permissions to consult the park manager around two months before the preferred date. For professional location or photography permits in Osaka Prefecture parks, the published standard processing period is 20 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Yodogawa River Park asks for the relevant documents around one month before where a procedure is needed. These are examples, not a universal deadline; please share your preferred location and date as soon as you can so we can confirm the current rule for that venue.

AFirst, tell us the preferred location, date, group size, and session details. Next, we check the venue’s official rules for permission, its deadline, fees, and required documents. When an application is needed, the venue may ask for an application form plus a location map, shooting outline, and details of equipment or access. We will explain the conditions and charges before the venue’s designated application and payment process begins. Once permission is granted, we follow any check-in, permit-display, equipment, and access conditions on the day. If approval is not available, we will suggest suitable alternatives.

AWe can suggest rental-studio options based on your preferred date, area, and required time. Studio rental fees are separate from the session fee and vary by date, time, and facilities. Rather than quote one fixed rate, we will provide the price and required booking time for each option before your booking is confirmed. We will arrange a studio only with your approval.

APlease tell us your preferred date, area, group size, children’s ages, desired atmosphere, and whether you need natural light or a changing area. We will recommend options with enough space and suitable facilities for your family.

ATravel fees, venue fees, admission fees, and parking fees may apply depending on the location. We will explain any applicable costs before you make payment.

AOnce the final amount is agreed, we will send the available advance-payment instructions separately. Your booking is confirmed after payment is complete.

AColour-edited JPEG images are delivered through a private online gallery around one to two weeks after the session. The gallery is available for viewing and download for 30 days from delivery on a phone or computer.
